Reservations are ONLY accepted for the times available on our reservations calendar.  We do not accept reservations later than 7:30pm on Friday & Saturday nights.  Unoccupied seating will only be held for 30 minutes past your reservation time, at which point management will begin to reissue those seats.  Reservations DO NOT guarantee seating if your guests are more than 30 minutes late.

If you no longer need your reservation, PLEASE CANCEL. Cancellations/changes must be made 48 hours prior to your event to qualify for a refund, full or partial.  Modifications and cancellations can be made through the links on your confirmation email, so please save it in a place where you can find it.  Please allow 3-5 business days for any refunds/adjustments to show up on your bank statement.

ENTIRE groups that NO SHOW (without canceling) are subject to a $10 per seat penalty on Friday & Saturday nights.  

Reservations are subject to nominal charges per seat.  This helps to ensure accurate guest counts. THIS IS NOT A DEPOSIT.

**Special events and high demand nights are subject to a higher per seat charge
for reservations.

Please encourage your guests to arrive on time to guarantee their seat and avoid an additional cover charge.  All guests that arrive after 8pm, will be subject to the $5 cover at the door.  There is NEVER A COVER ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, or THURSDAY nights.  Special events excluded.

Table assignment in the room is generally based upon a combination of arrival time, party size, and space available.  The reservations with earliest arrivals generally get the tables closest to the stage, space permitting.

PianoPiano is a 21+ venue ONLY.  Guests must have proper PHOTO ID to verify age.
